Shipping & returns

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL:

Email us at cpaproshop@gmail.com on how to exchange or return an item.  We will email you a Return/Exchange Form to fill out for your exchange and/or return with instructions.

All exchanges of product related to sizing discrepancies can be returned for replacement.

There is a standard $15 return fee that must be paid in advance before proceeding with your return.  As well, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for any return shipping of said item(s).

All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if the clothing has been unworn and in the same condition it was shipped.  It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for any return shipping of said item(s).  You will be refunded for the items purchased (less the original shipping cost).

Place your item(s) and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package and mail to:

Return your package.

*If the exchange or return is requested due to CPA Pro Shop Distribution Error, a full refund will be issued upon return receipt of the item(s) including all shipping costs.
